As an Independent Interviewer, you'll screen and evaluate professional job candidates for ReviewNet customers, or for customers you independently identify. The interview generally consists of a call or meeting between the Interviewer and the ReviewNet customer, followed by a call or meeting with the candidate, and concluded with an oral or written evaluation presented to the customer. Standard interviewing contracts and templates are provided by ReviewNet.

Close contact with the hiring managers of your interviewing clients
Network with hiring executives from your interview clients
Fee set by mutual agreement between you and the client, depending on the interviewing to be performed. The client may have already proposed a fee that you may accept or negotiate.
You will spend time speaking with the hiring manager and technical staff of the client, as well as reviewing test results and resumes, interviewing the candidate(s), and summarizing the interview. The time required should be considered in the fee you set.
