As a Mentor or Instructor, you'll help employers develop their internal staffs. The assignments are totally up to the design and creativity of the Mentor or Instructor, and utilize ReviewNet assessments and interview tools as the measuring point of progress. The assignments can be ongoing, starting with a call or meeting between the Mentor and the ReviewNet customer, followed by a call or meeting with the candidate, and concluded with an oral or written evaluation presented to the customer. Standard interviewing contracts and templates are provided by ReviewNet.
